Of course his fee was greater than $1000.00 to draw up the paperwork and the additional fees would be another $1000, so not sure that his opinion is unbiased.

If you want to increase your chances of getting a truly unbiased third-party analysis, find your own inspector.

So  I think , saying I am unbiased wont make you unbiased , your statements should reflect that .
