Since the Summer '18 tax bill is now past due I have to pay it at the treasurers office so I will get more info on dates for taxes.

Options: Advertise the property for assignment on local REIA boards, including BP but be preared to offer a discount if that's approptiate; get names of other bidders and offer to them, may require visit to treasurer's office & possible FOIA submission or threat of same.

Call the county treasurer and/or the county tax assessor and ask them how you can go about getting the titles transferred over to you after the sale.

If the county is online, you could check to see if the county Treasurer page has a search for  taxes on a parcel.

Many county websites have it listed on the Treasurer page for each parcel.
