The travelers might only stay a short period of time and only stay for a few months.

I unfortunately had to shut it down due to medical reasons.

I wouldn't go crazy with an accounting software but instead use excel.The other items likely paid for you outside of the PM company are mortgage interest, taxes, insurance, travel to the property, etc.Best of luck.

More markets equals more time needed to track, meet with your team, travel to and from, tax season, etc.

Both of our medical needs (and costs) have resulted in us needing to sell our house.

Everyone was incredibly neighborly, it almost felt a bit like traveling back a few decades.

We would ask about why they were in town (since we were not a major travel area), and we would decline any suspicious stays (i.e. had someone ask about waiving the cleaning fee because they "were not going to sleep" there with their one night stay.)

Even as a physician, and I'm not sure I want a medical student or resident doing trauma surgery or open heart surgery on my loved one ;)

Planning to use the rental as a short term rental or traveling nurses.
