I really hope you find a solution because it is irritating to have these sudden and arbitrary term changes.

All you need is to get some tenant in there who realizes that there's a mold problem and then the next thing you know you've got a sick plaintiff with a lawyer suing you for toxic mold.

(you may note a slight bit of irritation in my tone on this point) Other expenses you may have to consider are lawn maintenance fees, snow removal fees and the expenses for providing a dumpster for the building.

I dont mind people making money off of information, but when he misleads people and make money off them, it just irritates me.
