I found a cabin in South Dakota in a tourist/ski area.

Develop a business model that caters to a specific niche that you know well (ie. hospital workers, traveling pilots, students, folks in recovery, tourists, ex cons).

Like if as tourists we can wholesale?

Boquerón and Cabo Rojo the traffic comes from tourists, college students and even the same puertoricans.

Except tourists and retiring population related health care.

The tourists surprisingly dont end up that far north.

Ridiculous for such a strong tourist town.  

Also you have to look at the market you are in, if you are in a tourist market then you'll get a lot of demand, however if you are in a small market it might get risky if the demand is not there.  

If your area is not a major tourist attraction I would be very careful to consider it.

In Orlando we get a ton of Brazilian tourists and UK tourists and we've learned their travel habits and holidays so all marketing is geared toward that.
