As a lender, when I lend I take a lien out on the property that the borrower is investing into, the property that I lend a % LTV to. I

Thinking about it now, from the hundreds of tenants I have rented to, I can only think of 1 or maybe 2 that I liked renting to, and maybe a handful that didn't drive me crazy.

You could make a decent profit because the house prices are so low; however, you could end up spending a fortune on eviction fees, repairs after a tenant move out, etc. because the type of tenants you would be renting to. I
