I have been averaging about 10% over the last few years in v&m and I have been managing it myself, the area rents quickly, in the past 6 years its been vacant for 5 months total, still I am kind of getting tired of the "mental" responsibility that being a landlord carries, especially when managing it yourself, having a property manager in my case would make the numbers even worse.

I have been an operations Supervisor for over 20 years and I'm tired of going nowhere.  

With that being said my credit isn't good (preventing me from owning just yet) but Im tired of sitting on the sidelines and waiting while I recover financially.

It is those guys protecting themselves from tire kickers and time wasters.  3.  

This approach weeds out the tenants you don't want and reduces the number of bogus showings (e.g. people just tire kicking).  

I started my website, reluctantlandlord for the entire reason that I was TIRED of people tell other military members that buying real estate was an awful idea.  

I'm tired of people saying they cannot find good contractors...

I was getting tired of my even 1.5% interest at the credit unionso I think this is a better option, to buy cheaper places and rentthem, it will give me a lot more than leaving it in the credit unionand is a whole lot less stressful than dealing with the stock marketwhich I was looking into for a long time but think it is too rigged for now.

Fast forward a few months and I just picked up that old book called Rich Dad Poor Dad because honestly I was just getting tired of eBay, I know I can do greater things.

I had moved to Cincinnati the prior year as was tired of renting.
