State have tons of completely unnecessary burdens and scare tactics, and the Realtor Lobby has paid off the system for years to keep everyone thinking agents are needed and worth the crazy 6 % fees that come off the top of each transaction.   

The moment they walk in it feels like a movie theater… but a luxury feel with movie memorabilia everywhere for an in-depth experience.  

Write your congressmen today and lobby for them to start building affordable public housing, because the Mom and Pop landlords can no longer afford to provide housing in this new era of landlords as social service agencies.
