Tenant class swap on all units.

We did cosmetic work in the Kitchen where we added a large backsplash, swapped out the sink and updated the counters to some affordable but beautiful butcher-block and cement counters.

Let's say they swap it for 3 properties.

I would much rather not count any home rental income and instead swap that income for higher lot rents.

However also check for any possible subordination agreements to make sure the subsequent mortgages didn't swap lien positions.   

The front unit was vacant on purchase, so we refinished wood floors, painted and rehabbed the kitchen and first floor bathroom and swapped some rooms to even out the square footage and make the rear unit where we now live a bit larger.

So I know folks like to sit around the table then the attorney swaps checks right on the spot  ( which again we dont do out here) so what's up with closings how U handling them.. or maybe you guys dont go to closings either  just curious.

I saw this with my properties in the deed south.. power hooked up via cloths hanger direct to the power line and meter.. or just steal someone else meter and swap it out.. water meters by passed snip the line go right around the meter. 

My personal residence had the meter's swapped a few month's back and the provider also just showed up on a Sat morning got to work.
