Any significant national-level sports teams in the area?

This is why we are on Bigger Pockets and others are reading People Magazine and today's sports section.

I own Larson's Ski and Sport in Wheat Ridge.

I am ahrd on myself and hate to lose, so I do everything possible to avoid a loss, both in business and in sports.

The more people sporting that badge, the more funds we have to improve the site and develop cool new tools and applications for everyone!

This was in Provo, Utah and his book was bragging about his foreighn sports car and large F&C home on Osmond Lane(yes, those Osmonds).

Oh man you guys are talking about basketball thought you were talking about real sports like badminton or womens beach volleyball :mrgreen:

So anyone who actually works with real investors won't be surprised at an old car, or off-the-rack clothing.Many of us, when we get around to buying a new vehicle, purchase a work vehicle, a van or pickup, not a sports car.
