I have just signed up as a new member. I am a retail ski shop owner, who invests part time in real estate. I own 6 houses, 2 duplexes, and 2 commercial buildings. This year I am looking to add 2 more houses to my portfolio. I buy and hold my properties for rental income. I have owned rental properties since 1991, and consider myself a pretty fair handyman.
