@Lisa Sluss reasonably others suggested a cash out refi on the rental with an asset based 30 yr rental lender, called, portfolio, soft money, some here called dscr based lenders.One such lender is finance america, Lima one.

In my opinion its best for basements, easy to lay and they have great color options, they are soft on the feet and not cold and hard like concrete or tile.
