Software that does it all-

Is anyone aware of an online software that will help manage deals, package photos and property information to present to investors along with managing the project regarding work orders, costs etc..? I have a system that allows me to find deals no problem and the evaluation tool is fine but it doesn't give me anything that is great to present to investors etc... 

Has anyone used Freedom Soft?
