Anyone know any "soft" money lenders?

The other day she called to let us know there was some bubbling and softness in one of her walls.

It's also very hard - I tried scraping a small area to see how tough it was and it isn't nearly as soft as "popcorn" ceiling.As you can see from the pictures, about 1/4 for the basement has had this texture and the trim removed.

Need to raise the proper amount of equity and financing to carry the soft costs until break-even.Thanks for your input!

Your soft costs will be more.  

NOt very typical but won't say it is impossible.Also keep in mind you may be required to have som eof your own money in the game as well IE. soft closing costs Etc.....What about trying to go conventional or FHA on a duplex?

What about the parts that are soft when i step on that area?

I made a walk through today, and everything seemed to be in good shape with the exception of some soft spots in the hallway floor.
