Your education will come to you over a long period of time....some of it through quick intake - reading, podcasts, videos, etc....... and some of it through experience that you'll naturally gain as you begin.The best thing I can suggest is to simply click on the word "Education" at the top of this BP page.

Other then that start to write procedures of new tenant intake, or when they leave.

Been doing plenty of information intake

Currently, I am living in the ADU and am interested in taking advantage of the 30% tax credit for both the roof and solar panels. 

My dilemma is that I feel like all my time spent at work is wasted beyond simple intake of money (my health insurance is portable so I could take it with me).  

I am ridiculously selective in taking on a property to manage.
