Not sure if there are siblings involved or if you assume this property will be directly passed on to you...

After holding 3201 Lyndale for several years and building equity, my siblings and I knew it was time to refinance and reinvest.

My grandfather was always a loving and generous man, and in his few last years, gifted me and my siblings what is now my favorite building in my portfolio - I call it Brick Beauty.
