Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Minneapolis.

My grandfather was always a loving and generous man, and in his few last years, gifted me and my siblings what is now my favorite building in my portfolio - I call it Brick Beauty. It is absolutely gorgeous, gives me that sweet cash flow, and always reminds me of Grandpa. Cheers to you Jim!
