Account Closed   I did not see that one that one looks like its out of a Terminator movie.the one I was in was more of a shovel machine with a singular bucket but it was monster bid.. the cab of it was like being in a house it had to be 1500 sq ft at least..!!

It seems like that population has basically flared out, it has only lost about 4K in two years.

IE Do not ask to "pick their brain" rather take them to lunch and/or offer to help with shoveling snow, hauling unwanted items, etc.

Could be lunch, drinks, shovels, gloves or dinner.  

A friend of my wife told her, they were so happy to have sold their 3 duplxes, because they had to go there and shovel snow at 4am and mow the lawn in the summer every weekend while their friends are out boating on the lake.

He gets a $100/month discount for lawn care and shoveling.

My “spidy senses” (as my attorney refers to it for himself) are flaring up for both sets of applicants, but I can’t check the “other” box for reason stating: “spidy senses are flaring”.

I live in AZ so there is NO lawn to mow and no snow to shovel.
