I'm scraping and text blasting a couple of areas and I've decided to add an inbound channel through SEO.

The other problem is with a direct booking site you will never win the SEO battle to rank at the top and in my opinion probably never exceed 10% of your bookings through it compared to what you will do with the two main platforms.  

Direct mailers, social media, emails, cold calls, seo + website.

SEO keeps you right at the top2.

They decided they would probably have someone assisting them in both the rental and move, thus don't change anything.Messaged my SEO and asked how to do Closed Caption. 

What doesn't work is jumping from driving for dollars to mailers to cold calling to SEO and back again.I'd consider your budget, who you want to target, and what type of media they're most likely to consume.

Second, anyone who has a weeks worth of SEO education knows that double listing with conflicting information DESTROYS the web presence because to the underlying systems of the internet, it flags as a scam (same property with different listing contact #'s, posters etc).
