Seriously, I might consider your method if I get desperate in the coming months, as they are all back now and I have a busy semester ahead and will have no time to clean up after others.

This would include at a minimum; 6 or so semester hours of introductory accounting, an introductory class on business finance, the two basic classes in economics and at least two or three classes in English and composition.In addition I think everyone should know how to paint-looks easy but forget about the prep and you can waste a lot of time.

There is a reason they are taught to architects in semester-long courses, because they are not easy to understand, and you have to know how to read them, and what else to reference and when. 

Steve, NCCU's law school, while a decent school, doesn't carry the reputation as the others in the area.Perhaps you could plan to finish out the semester while looking for a job in finance.

Take a semester off and truly see what kid of grind it is to succeed in real estate.
