I've found a couple of potential multi-family apartment complexes that are right sized for consideration as our first entry into this business segment.

The largest decrease in the Index was in the higher-priced condo segment, down 17 percent over the month.

Just like countless industry segment's it's the "how" that takes time to sort out and perfect. 

If you have a bigger list than that, then you should have a lot of paying customers and you can get the paid version.You can also segment your audience in the free version.

Based on the questions I routinely answered, there's a substantial segment of the population that has no business changing toliet paper rolls, let along left unsupervised with a caulk gun.Now, if you are the tenant, can you do a professional job of recaulking?  

All the gimmicks, tricks and annoyances do no help at all, not to connect with a skilled performer in this segment, and know there is very VERY few of us who are top performers in this niche of Real Estate.
