Take the cash they sink and ask them if it's better to split that in half and save for a well thought out business investment or sink the entire amount into whatever they like to blow their money on. 

The reality is with a short time horizon there is no cash flow in the DC area.

The reality is the opposite - if it's not in writing then the PMC doesn't have to provide the service or can charge extra for it!

When I use a virtually staged photo, it actually says "Virtual image" on the picture, we state there are virtually staged images in the public comments, and I include a picture of the room as it actually is without the staging so viewers can see reality vs. virtual.

My 'sink, stove, a/c is broke' needs more clarification. 

But what looks great on paper and what happens in reality are two very different things.

The super high interest on one purchase shouldn't sink your boat if all other programs are working well.
