This is different from the other Z-Wave products because it supports Apple's HomeKit.The lock is connected to an AppleTV 3 and I can monitor and configure the lock remotely without any issue so far.

I don't know him personally and I haven't used his product so I can't sit here and give you an honest review.But what I can say is that this statement from his sales page is very suspicious.

@Brittany HeilI'm not certain if this applies to all markets, but our lender (and loan product) and property insurance company expected us to move into the Primary residence within 1-2 months.

I asked a dozen times for someone to just walk me through 1 deal from start to close for a $15k product you would assume that a couple hours of one-on-one time would be included but it's not.

I am a Veteran and have used the VA loan product myself with no issues personally. 

But if you look at annuities, they are an insurance product, not as much an investment product.What insurance companies do with your money you invest in their annuity is put it in the stock market and keep the difference of what they pay you and what they make in the stock market.
