In the lease agreement, it states that a tenant must get a written permission if "changing the amount of heat or power normally used on the property as well as installing additional electrical wiring or heating unit." so I have rights to ask the tenant to pause her space heater.

Also As Carlos pointed out Q 2 through Q 4 22 was one of those situations where certain markets and assets class's took a big pause.

If not, I'd strongly reconsider partnering with this person.If the reason you are thinking about partnering is just because you feel like you need the money now, to get started today, pause.

They might have hit the pause button and adopted a wait and see approach.

I don't think I can put music on pause for the hopes of doing it in the future, because that future is not guaranteed.Would love to hear your takes on the above!
