That makes zero sense for your BF, but would of course make sense for someone with a 650 FICO.You generally can't refinance DPA mortgages without penalty for 3 years, and if you add up the extra interest paid out during that at the higher rate, oh look it's "mysteriously" way way more than the "assistance" that he got (how else could these programs be funded?).

One of the best things (almost nobody does) is to spend a few hours and mystery shop your competition - pretend you are an interested aplicant and call, ask questions, see if they do open house type showings.

Foundation cracks, horizontal or otherwise, tend to be more troubling when there has been movement of one, or both sides of the crack/fault.If that is simply parging over brick, it is also possible your crack is a washed out mortar joint between two courses of brick - then you have a new mystery to find out from where came the water.Is the inside face of the foundation wall visible?

They disregarded the legitimate reasons for needing to inquire about the mystery truck.I see 3 reasons for needing to ensure the mystery person is or is not using that unit as his/her permanent residence alongside the signed tenant:Criminal -> evictionAdd'l wear and tear -> rent must go upIf the signed tenant leaves and the other person stays behind they aren't on the lease -> no legal recourse.Actually, there is always legal recourse.

We don't use the ( this sale is subject to my mysterious partners approval) and all those other what I consider to be morally repugnant weasel clause's people on BP tell others to use... its all one sided with no consideration for the sellerI wonder if these folks would like someone one doing that to their mother or father or themselves.Whats happened in the Industry is the banks and Auction companies have figured out the wholesaler tactics.. so that you need some real EM usually..
