I created a separate entity just for that particular side of town so that my vision and mission will match the direction I want to go in the future.

My mission is to purchase a multi-family home and "house hack", living there and renting out the other space.

in my mind doing anything other than working on capital and just some browsing of deals is a waste of your time.. capital should be mission number one.. nothing happens without it.

It really bothers me to see so many newer agents repeating the same mistakes and it has kind of become a mission of mine to do what I can to fix that. 

Do not forget that the mission always comes first and you cannot let your investments or anything else takes you away from your primary mission which for you is being a Sailor.
