The people who are still on the lease is myself and my older brother who take care of who's mentally challenged.

My opinion is you should have the mentality that you are going to do whatever it takes to make things happen.

Adopt an end game mentality.

I have adopted the mentality that I'll have to educate tenants and help instill confidence that they can use it.
