If it is just one downstairs unit complaining while you may have a noise transmission issue the tenants might also not be suited to a multifamily. some people are more sensitive to noise and you may want to give them an out at some point.

@Arwin Nassiri for condo hotels ypu have to pay every time they replace furniture to suit the new style or image, not to mention wear and tear.

It’s 4 blocks away from a major university health center (and embassy suites for hospital visitors) and 2 miles from another hospital (possible travel nurse MTR potential).

I agree but and LLC offers good protection for contract problems, but little protection from negligence suits.

Another thing to notice is who the experts say are making money in 2024, which are luxury and eco/experience type properties. 

If that investment doesn't suit it-- it doesn't suit it.
