I have talked to several lawyers in several states and they all said that it is still so new that even the legislators who put this law into effect do not fully understand it yet so no one is 100% where to stand ion it at yet.

The only thing that hasn't been figured out (or at least made public yet) is how exactly these products will be created/structured/legislated for etc.

I've been following the (slow) progress of the crowd-funding legislation and it's no surprise that we are still where we are.

This legislation would protect the availability of financing for affordable manufactured housing, a critical resource for myself, and 16,000 + Illinois residents who already own and live in manufactured homes. ??

The NAR is kind of like the political arm of the MLS that represents members with legislation that's being passed, advertising that you see on TV telling people to use a Realtor, etc.
