Hi I'm wondering if anyone is willing to share the basic facets of a mentor-mentee Joint Venture partnership, where the mentee (me), will put most of the cash down in return for the leadership of an experienced investor? 

Who we are looking for:- 1 to 5 years of work experience in Real Estate Development- Comfortable w/ working in the field with contractors- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with investors, contractors, and consultants-Must know Atlanta multi-family market. 

It'll be a few years but it will eventually be great with the right leadership.
