as long as you have funds to keep the lights on and feed your family.Stocks are great 5, 10, 20 years from now , but they don't give you a roof over your head. 

We all rely on others to feed us, give us income from jobs or sales or rent, and even our clothes are made by others, they are shipped by train or rail, the farmers feed us but use tractors and fuel made by others. 

I posted an updated Calculator pdf that I couldn't figure out how to get on this feed.

Unfortunately, so many tenants see landlords as these big bad guys who take all their money, and don't realize that most landlords really are just trying to feed their families as well, along with paying off mortgages, etc.

Start with this book:Your Money or Your Life, by Vicky Robin/Joe DominguezEvery other book on that list will feed into these lessons, but learn the lessons of this book first and you will almost be guaranteed to never be in a bad situation financially for the rest of your life.You can make lots of money but you will never be wealthy until you learn how to master human desire.
