Primarily joining to interact with others as I look to grow my personal real estate investment portfolio but I also work in acquisitions for an institutional commercial real estate investment firm and have a lot of experience to hopefully offer the community.

The “claimed” justification for the fee is that the sale of the home resulted in extraordinary and uncompensated expenses for the PM.

My point is that there is no excuse for any of us to not live out our dreams and that often means extraordinary sacrifice!

We're a property management company based here in Sarasota - if you'd like to sit down over a cup of coffee, we're always looking for new investors to interact with. 

I would definitely pursue the property on my own after that interaction.

If an attorney is handling the eviction let them deal with everything and limit your interaction with the tenant to just responding to urgent maintenance requests.
