Having inquiries rarely negatively affects your scores.

But there aren't very many tenants who start looking for a new place 2.5 months before moving, so you'll probably just have to deal with a bunch of inquiries and pointless hassle that goes nowhere if you do it now.

I have sent my hard money lender inquiries about properties on the same street as some of your flips and I'm even low-balling the ARV but they are still trying to tell me there is no profit margin.

We are interested in Nashville as a potential new market.  Can anyone provide insight into this area for real estate investing and lending?  I would be interested in learning more.  Thank you.

My time is spent waiting for prospective renters to hopefully arrive at showings, answering calls from Craigslist and responding to inquiries on Facebook Marketplace all the while getting lambasted for the monthly rent.I own one unit among the many and I’m not asking you to feel sorry for me, I am just writing to provide some perspective.
