Prefab or Modular Bathroom Inquiry

I would like to put a prefab or modular bathroom pod in each room of an investment property I recently purchased.  Has anyone done this before, and if so, where did you purchase the bathroom and how much did it cost (purchase + installation)?  I live in the Bronx, NY and wouldn't mind purchasing from China, but I am concerned about it meeting NYC building code and passing inspection.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated, as this is my first investment property.
