Hello friends,I have been accepted in the Josh Cantwells immersion workshop.Hands on experience and coaching.

I've been to a couple meetups here in Fargo and though I haven't fully immersed myself in the RE game here, it was great being with like-minded individuals and hearing from folks that actually plunged in the market here.

An experienced investor might not need to know all this stuff but I find that immersing myself in a subject is the best way to learn.Another big benefit of having a license is being able to set up showing and to go see any property available in the market.

Reading books and listening to podcast are fine but I want to take action and immerse myself within the business. 

I've certainly been immersed in the education.

For the last few months, I’ve been listening to the podcasts and studying various forum threads when not immersed with working or studying, with the intention of learning as much as I could so that once grad school was completed, I could start investing.

Just made the pivot this week and am interested in the Lafayette/NW Indiana area to invest in a multi-family unit and then scale up in the years to follow (because my area makes no sense to me after immersing myself in to Bigger Pockets learning).

I personally believe that one can achieve success in any area if you immerse yourself in it.

@Kevin Coleman  Thanks for posting this link, just made a post about moving to Chicago so I'm jumping in and trying to immerse myself in a totally different landscape than where I'm coming from. 

Been trying to immerse myself in any info I can get my hands on.
