My wife is from West Michigan, and so about a month ago we decided to re-focus our search in the Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids, Battle Creek area.

No , not at all    , I dont generally charge by the hour , I am good , that set up there cost me about $ 40 grand , I charge for the end result , not the process .

Some one slips and falls, normally it needs to be bigger than a few grand for them to think attorney.

Since you'll obtain title insurance, obtaining a SWD means very little in the grand scheme of things. 

For perspective, Kelowna is about as far away from Vancouver as Grand Rapids is from Detroit.
