When you're talking about interest rates dropping I think you mean mortgage rates but the government isn't getting rich off of those.

Would it be possible to take my $100,000 liquid cash and their equity and go to a lender and get some sort of funding for the rehab?

Smaller markets may not get as much attention as major cities like Austin, but they can sometimes be more insulated from the volatility we’re seeing in larger metros.

@CJ Moulton Be careful not to get "analysis paralysis" looking at demographic data for any market.

But that honestly looks like it is all set up to try and be a banking solution (ie, get as many users keeping money in BaseLane's bank accounts so they can make that sweet sweet float on the interest.

To get the property ID from the urls the code generates, you can set up a new column in excel that splits the url to get the last part (the property id).
