Eric M. Any tips for knowing if there is a sewer line issue?

Keep in mind many times sewer lines will pass a regular home inspection IE home inspector flush's each toilet once.but once the homes are put into service that's when the **** hits the fan and your in for an expensive repair.. only sewer scope will assure you have a viable line once put into service.

To make matters worse, to be vindictive and spiteful, the tenants start calling the city for every minor issue which in fact they’ve caused for example, the woman insists on flushing her sanitary napkins in the toilet which causes plumbing issues that I constantly have to hire people and rent equipment to fix.
