Safety Equipment for Tenants?
My mentor told me to give the tenants equipment such as a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, toilet plunger , etc. I wonder if anyone out there does this sort of thing ? Also would you just provide it free of charge just as a safety measure to reduce the risk of property damage in case anything were to happen or would you charge them a fee for the items provided , and let them keep the items if they decide to move out ?

I have a couple of fire extinguishers and a plunger in my units.....cheap and easy to provide and may save on some much bigger expenses if the need arises.
They are part of the
"inventory" of the units, so if they are gone at move out, the tenants pays to replace them
