You want to look for agents with focus on commercial but especially, Habitational (apartments, condos, etc.). 

I’d love to hear referrals for agents and prop mgrs as well. 

I noticed condos sat for ages on market because buyers seems more interested in newer apartments that are turnkey and outfitted with home automation (plus great amenities).Happy Investing!
