I heard something that they might offer "Landlord Financial Assistance", but not sure if that's true or not.

I doubt many are going into credit card debt or if they are that's kind of crazy.. as this part of real estate has no smoke and mirrors generally.And I suspect because most of these folks are doing some sort of PPM and need to deal with accredited investors.. that separates those wanting to start to those who have already had some financial win's or experience and just looking for a new avenue..

The agents are charged for this service no matter what so it's difficult for the agent to service from a time and financial perspective.

RE Brokers in the area are a key team member as they should know the area, good rental areas, and they will be a good resource for rentals (possibly, if they deal in rentals).

A good property manager can be an invaluable resource for first-time investors, even before you purchase your first property.
