i see very few positive comments lol  just remember, anyone steering you away from wholesaling is either not educated in the field or did not prevail in the field. listen to the ones that and critiquing and suggesting. p.s     to the guys saying marketing is super expensive lol Please and i mean Please FIND A NEW MARKETING MANAGER!. 

Agents often get themselves into trouble by working outside of their field of expertise. 

I have a recently purchased a duplex. 2 septic tanks that Y together and go to one drain field.

These properties are sometimes a good fit for owner occupants because it puts you on an even playing field when you are bidding because you are only bidding against other owner occupants. 

But once you find someone who's got the experience and willing to help you out, what you learn from them out in the field will be priceless.

I want the business to have it's own identity, and allow people to go to my team members in their specialist fields for their needs.

You can set up each entity as a location and each property as classes, the downside will be more work (since you will need to fill out additional field for every transaction) and if you don't have a good system in place, it could end up in a mess.
