Check the footage right after you do so to ensure you get enough resolution (ie can you make out the face of someone standing there or a licence plate number).

It is tough to deal with a situation where one side truly believes you are a slumlord and the other side thinks you are spending their money on unnecessary and or fictitious repairs.Both Ryan and Laurence appear to have exited the relationship without any major damages.
