Or should say its not the primary reason of course you need those.. were you live and work and your experience are what small banks look at.and most small banks have it right in their guidelines NO LOANS to anyone who does not LIve and work in their foot print.

The cost savings generally are moving to cheaper warehouse space per sq ft, moving business into their basement if possible to save money, initiating a work commute program for employees so they can cut down on cubicle space and go to landlord to reduce building footprint size they lease up.
