We have some credit card debt we are hyper focused on paying down , and 34K in my student loans (not touching currently due to SAVE plan with the zero percent interest).

We have a duplex with an extra flagpole lot that we are hoping to set up with an ADU for short term rentals.

As an example, although we are “hard money” lenders we seek lower rate long term financing for our real property investments.

It would be ideal to get some sort of large study done on this.Furthermore, if you sold in a buyer's market, your thought may be skewed.If your portfolio was in a market that was declining in value.I am not saying that the above situations applied to you but it would be good to get a large study on this.Furthermore, if we are talking about more expensive homes being a better investment?

We are under contract on another right now, but it's an appreciation play.

She has been sending complaints to the city and to the HOA board.Of course these complaints do absolutely nothing because we are within our rights and following a contract.She was complaining that we did not have the right to fix our own property since we are not licensed.She thinks she owns the place and we are merely room service.
