Do you routinely give out the Owners Disclosures like we see in the owner occ..

If one of you is licensed you'll have the advantages but not the double fees that you would have for both of you (mls, e&o insurance, brokerage fees, etc)You will have the disclosure requirements either way.

The HOA property manager licensing bill was supposed to address the disclosure of the fee but not ending or limiting the amount or ability to challenge the fee: basically allowing things to continue as is.

And one of those disclosures is "you may not be able to get a new loan anytime soon." 

Its what is generally put on deeds in NON Disclosure states.
