I did a lot of demo and clean up and built a new addition onto an old little brick structure.  

Very, very obviously all faked up.Another was when Christina was helping do demo (wearing heels if I remember correctly) when she encountered a rat.  

@Patrick Chamberlin By custom google map filters, I mean "layers" which allowed me to designate specific geographical areas, and I would input pins in to the map, and then quickly assess if I was in the target area I wanted, and if my investor group had properties in similar areas (since I geo-pinned all their properties), and then could quickly call them to get a sense of the local demos, rental rates, etc@Vivek Khoche Definitely, will keep digging in to find better opportunities.

Worst case you get the land and need to demo the house and do a new build.

Also, I did a little research of my own and found that there was a demolition of the mobile home that was on the property in October, therefore a demo lien.

You could cut that in half if you did most of the work yourself, but that is a huge job.You could possibly do the demo work yourself to cut those costs a bit.

if you come across wood panelling in the basement...when a standard is nice drywall finish ...would you install 1/4 drywall on top of the panelling or rather demo it and start with the regular drywall ?

The walls being plaster will just be a little more demo extensive and cost a little more. 4.

EXACTLY what it would cost to demo all of the homes, bring infrastructure up to what would be required by both the building department and the end buyers, then get lots ready to develop.
