I read rich Dad poor Dad and It changed my life.

Like many on here, I've read Rich Dad Poor Dad when I was in my early 20s and have rediscovered the original inspiration it gave me for real estate.

I received Rich Dad for my 22nd birthday and since then, I was hooked and tried to learn as much I could about real estate investing and personal finance.

I stumbled upon BP through You Tube about 3 months ago and have been hooked ever since. { I do enjoy the ribbing between Josh and Brandon} Not sure if there are many BP folks way up here but it would sure be great to meet some like minded Rich Dad Poor Dad fans.

Like many others here, I caught the real estate bug ~5 months ago after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad.

Also there are books you can download And podcasts.Once you feel like you’ve learned enough to make a smart first purchase, run it through the calculators to make sure it is. post the numbers and we can guide you.Also read books like rich dad,poor dad and The richest man in Babylon to really get a grasp on the fundamentals of money.Congratulations on your start!

I remember him reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and also having many properties in Mexico.

I heard abt it from a client of mine a while back when we were discussing the Rich Dad Poor Dad book.
