Also, I have coached a few agents who wanted to get more heavily into investing and I am happy to share what we found worked easily for them. 

But if the OTA has a significant market share, there are limited options for the host.  

In addition you are sharing with cellular network, which gets priority.

Share cropping with a retail farm stand/farmer's market is one, if it's the right kind of land in the right location. 

Chances are this is NO deal property as the X will want their fair share and a fair market appraisal will need to be done and the equity split equally.   

Ideally, I would prefer to capture their existing bookings after closing, by directing existing bookings to my new listing, but there are some dependencies/uncertainties I'm working through and would appreciate any advice or shared experiences here.
