It seems like a great platform (they call the sellers and vet the leads for you, then transfer the call so that you can try to work on acquiring the property).

Even people that find me direct often then book through one of the platforms, which is fine to me.  

I use Podio so I have the power to integrate with many other platforms for things like sending direct mail or text message from the CRM.

So far we've enjoyed using the platform.

@Luke Davis If you can qualify for a conventional loan that is probably going to be your best bet.

Housing prices in Beloit are definitely cheaper than Janesville, and Janesville is (for obvious reasons) significantly cheaper to invest in than Madison.Can't be of help to the property management part though... we've looked and looked but haven't found a company we are comfortable with... your best bet there would be to join up with the Southern Wisconsin Landlords Association and network for a quick recommendation. 

The best bet is to take this commercial. 

Which can be done with algorithm hacks and profile optimization on multiple platforms.

I am currently exploring alternative options.The accounting system on the platform is completely messed up and thinks I owe $12k while in reality they owe me a few thousand.
